For the “Seoul Aesthetic Clinic — 100% Asset Retention” case study, Oddmodish positioned a Korean plastic surgery clinic directly into high-intent international patient discussions covering rhinoplasty, facial contouring, and medical tourism choices. Facing strict forum moderation against aggressive promotion, the strategy pivoted from high-volume posting to asset protection, securing a 100% retention rate across 16 verified links and over 19 community touchpoints to build lasting visibility without risking brand reputation.

The Challenge
A Seoul plastic-surgery clinic needed visibility among international patients researching complex, high-consideration procedures.
The challenge was especially sensitive because medical and cosmetic-surgery communities heavily moderate repetitive promotional content. Excessive brand mentions could result in removals, reduced visibility or reputational risk.
The campaign therefore needed to place the clinic within relevant decision-making conversations while protecting asset retention and brand stability.
Our Strategy
Oddmodish mapped the clinic to detailed patient concerns rather than broad “best clinic in Korea” discussions.
Priority decision contexts included:
Primary and revision rhinoplasty
Facial contouring and lower-face balance
Facial liposuction and revision procedures
Face lifting & under-eye fat repositioning
Combined facial procedures
Comparing Korea with Turkey
Choosing consultation-focused clinics over large-volume providers
This allowed the clinic to appear as a comparison or consultation candidate within discussions where users were already evaluating procedures and providers.
Execution
The campaign used a combination of:
Long-form community content
Contextual responses within relevant public discussions
Follow-up participation where appropriate
Community and topic diversification
Retention monitoring
Reduced brand repetition after promotional-pattern risk was detected
The strategy intentionally shifted away from quantity when increased repetition created a higher moderation risk.
Results
The reviewed campaign assets included:
16 verified retained links
More than 19 total community touchpoints
One long-form branded content asset
More than 18 contextual response and follow-up assets
The clinic entered high-intent discussions covering rhinoplasty, facial contouring, facial liposuction, lifting, under-eye procedures and Korean clinic comparisons.
Risk Management (Visibility & Asset Protection)
During the later campaign stage, Oddmodish identified that repeated direct brand mentions could create moderation and visibility risks.
The operating strategy was adjusted by:
Reducing direct brand repetition
Limiting standalone promotional content
Prioritizing retained discussion assets
Distributing activity across topics and communities
Protecting previously established visibility instead of forcing additional volume
This was an important campaign outcome in itself: the goal was not to maximize the number of mentions at any cost, but to preserve useful and discoverable community assets.
Business Value
The campaign positioned the clinic inside real patient decision journeys rather than displaying the brand as an isolated advertisement.
It also demonstrated Oddmodish’s ability to adjust execution when moderation conditions changed—balancing visibility, retention and brand protection in a sensitive healthcare category.
Turn community engagement and long-tail search intent into durable growth assets.
